Doshanusaar asanaas

 One can do yoga including pranayama emphasizing postures [Asanas], which are appropriate for ones, constitution as or dosha  follows-

Vata- Padmasana [lotus pose], Vajrasana, Siddhasana, pavanmuktasana, servangasana, Nadishodhana pranayama, ujjayi pranayam etc.

Pitta- Ardhamatseyendrasana, Yoga mura, Plow pose [Halasana], Shoulder stand [Servangasana], shashankaasana Shitali Pranayama. Etc.      

Kapha-Pashchimottanasana, ushtrasan, chakrasana and Agnisara kriya, bhstrika and ujjayi pranayam.Going for morning [brisk] walk is also a good exercise for kapha dosha control.
